Almost perfect except for a few design issues. One of those issues is that the trigger and shoulder buttons have been swapped. So instead of L2 and R2 being ZL and ZR they are L and R and L1 and R1 are Z triggers. For N64 VC games this can be easily corrected in the controller settings screen.
