I purchased this on February 20th, 2021. Last week I suddenly noticed that there was less water in my aquarium than it should have been. I checked the heater and it's off. No matter what I do, I can't get it to work again. only reads I had to buy another heater. Very disappointed with this product, was happy with it until it stopped working. I have the 2nd in another pool, let's see how he behaves. I cannot recommend this product at the moment. Well the 2nd did the same. I really don't recommend buying them as there is no customer service and I ended up throwing them away because you can't return them or contact anyone. waste of money!
