Like the other reviewer, I waited until the return period was up to pick it up and use it. I bought another one from this company a few years ago and was pleased and when I opened the box I saw all the parts were there. However, when we got to installing it, we were surprised that the bolts coming off the uprights weren't long enough to slip through the crossbars. (One of the bolts kept slipping into the stand, but it didn't really matter. We tried all the possible settings, but they were on the limit and the bars didn't fit. In fact, we were able to use the bars from the old set, which had longer and shallower holes had and worked well.if we hadn't waited we would have returned them but unfortunately too late.a bit but...
