Not suitable for snap mounting. It must be installed between the screw and the plate. Not for mounting with a 4" knurled rubber grommet on the back. This cable is just a plastic clip. Other than that it's just a good cable. A bit long but better than short. I got it working but only temporarily. None other reviews that I've seen mention this. Please check the mounting method before purchasing. I'm sure this will work great for many uses. The quality of the cable is good.
