Ideal for massaging sore muscles

We don't have any lacrosse players at home. I bought it because my doctor suggested using a lacrosse ball to massage sore back muscles. Just put the ball between your back and the wall and find the sore spot. Works great. Doesn't break like a tennis ball.

  • Extremely effective, our massage ball mimics a human elbow with a single pressure point that hits directly on the fascia around the outer layers of muscle. The rolling back and forth stretches and relaxes the fascia and muscles, reduces soreness just like a masseuse massages your sore spots, and you don't have to pay hundreds of dollars for the treatment.
