Review on ABC Accessory Cord 300 Feet Yellow by Charles Galan

I bought 300 feet of 2mm yellow rope and 100 feet of 1.5mm yellow rope. This is for 300 feet of 2mm yellow cable - it's actually thicker at 2.4mm, about the same size as Night Ize. Reflex cord (but without the reflex ability). The yellow is broken up by darker patches, so it's not a bright yellow, but it's still easy to see. I weighed 50ft at 1.75 ounces, less than 2.4 ounces or so for Night Ize. Roll 50 feet into a nice little ball 7 inches long and 1 inch in diameter. It's certainly a light cable, if not ultra light, and is durable enough for all your regular, casual hiking and camping (certainly not climbing). The ends are neatly soldered with an open flame. It has very little stretch, much less than Night Ize's reflective line (which I measured at 4-5%) and it has a nice hand, not too stiff, not too loose and holds knots well. 100 feet of 1.5mm yellow - it's more black than yellow and fairly "invisible" wire, it's hard to see on the street even in daylight. It's also quite stretchy compared to the 2mm cord (which is actually 2.4mm long), just as stretchy or even more stretchy than Night Ize's reflective cord. It's still fine for general use, but it's so small that sometimes even knots that don't tie can be difficult to untie. 50 feet of this cable weighs .875 ounces, so it's fairly light and takes up very little space. It's priced at just £100. dead weight and I wouldn't trust it for my tent or canvas lines.
