Excellent Supplier Management Tool & Excellent Customer Support

I love that you can create your own rules when using centrics platform to help find solutions quickly! It makes it easy as we are constantly trying new things with our suppliers so this is great!! The reporting of data from multiple sources into one system has been excellent but there could be more options available than just creating views or reports within each module/applet? There was nothing i disliked about centrics until now - their customer support team have recently upgraded some modules which caused issues such as not being able use them at all (which still hasn't resolved).

However what they did do though was improve upon those old issue by adding many additional features including better integration between apps via API's etc.. So far everything seems fine although sometimes my colleagues want me to fix something quick & simple where again if problems occur then central will need fixing instead before sending out any tickets internally.- improved supplier relations- ability tot.
