The customer should be aware that the set screws have a hex head and a regular socket wrench will not work as there is too little clearance around the head and sprag. tighten with an Allen key. I had to order M4 socket head screws separately to make it work. Also the product page doesn't list the thread size so I had to measure it with a caliper which not many people have in their tool box. Otherwise the products appear to be well made but due to the issues I have had with them I can only give them 3 stars.
