Worked well initially... not so well now
It seemed to work pretty well at first. I set it to 2 and my dog will behave and listen... Right now I need to increase the digit to 11 and then maybe it will be gradual... How do I contact the seller? Can I get a replacement? I want to believe it's a bad block
