I think this would work well for your aluminum magazines but I work with old tube radios from the 1930's and 1940's. Bakelite, the brown material used to make radio cases before modern plastic, is more difficult to polish than regular plastic. I've tried regular plastic polishes like Novus and left almost no dents. So I tried Mother's Mag and aluminum polish. Brilliant! I can imagine how shiny they were when they were new, but I wasn't alive then. If you have newer plastic, choose something made for plastic, like Novus. But for Bakelite, when no other polish will work, then Mother's Mag Polish and Aluminum is for you!
