Microphone not working. best on PC

I think the sound is ok. I was very excited because the colors and design looked amazing but the quality is terrible to be honest. The microphone doesn't work at all. You barely touch the cable and the sound comes and goes. I would really recommend looking elsewhere or a different headset because this one is just plain poor quality.
