While looking for an accent pillowcase for my son's bed I came across this little gem. Definitely not what my son was hoping for but this feeling touched my heart so it ended up in my shopping cart. When it got to my house, I noticed that the fabric was a bit see-through; I had to cut the labels off the pillow insert to keep them from showing through. The texture of the fabric was acceptable but a bit rough probably due to the size I went for so I threw it in the wash without checking the care label. I was wrong?!? Not in my book. The cover is so soft now and the colors are real and vibrant: they don't fade. In addition, there was no shrinkage or damage to seam integrity; It's still in great condition, just more skin-friendly. (I can't say that about these covers. They fell apart in the wash or were wrinkled.) I enjoy the feel of this new cover and the lines on it remind me to see clearly in difficult situations: what more could you ask for simple pillowcase?
