I had a hard time deciding between this and several other cases for my new iPad. I'm glad I ordered this. The raised edges on the front are thin enough to leave room at the edges to protect the ballistic glass panel. The stand is attached to the body with two small magnets and can be adjusted to different viewing angles. It feels good in your hands and I'm sure it will do its job if dropped. Updated thoughts a week later: Buttons are very easy to press, possibly the easiest iPad case I've had. I also found that the initial footpeg adjustment was too vertical and the impact table could cause the case to drop backwards. I used a dremel to cut that little tab and now the first setting is sturdier.
