Review on Soft Long Sleeve Bamboo Women'S Pajama Set, Comfy Lounge Sleepwear With Pants, HXG S-4X by Patricia Williams

These are soft, lovely pjs and they are so comfortable. I am 5'4" tall and wear a size 14. According to the size chart, I should be a size XL in this brand. However, I ordered a size up because I wanted to make sure they would be roomy and comfortable. I didn't really need to do that as these are quite generously sized. I do like the extra roominess, though as the pajamas are fairly thin and light-weight and if they fit closer to the body they would probably highlight every single figure flaw and imperfection. I ordered the violet color which is a very pretty mauve, very subtle. The fabric is 95% viscose (from bamboo) and 5% spandex. It is a very fine-gauged knit and feels light and silky with an excellent drape. The top fits loosely and the sleeves are a bit long; the hem of the top extends past the lower hip so it covers my rear completely. The modest v-neck is just right for me -- wide enough to feel comfortable and not too low-cut. The wide lace edging the neckline and the sleeves is soft and beautiful. The bottoms have a generous in-seam pocket on each side for small, light items. They are quite loose, but they do stay up thanks to the functional drawstring; they also have a very high rise which I don't like at all -- I can easily pull the waist of the pjs up to my bra band. They are much too long for me in the legs, and they drag on the floor even with my slippers on. Maybe if I had some of those fancy high-heeled mules! These would be great for a taller woman, but for someone of my height or shorter, they will probably need to be hemmed. These pajamas are not thick or heavy enough for me to wear in the winter as I get cold easily, but they will be great for warmer weather. I think they look sleek and elegant and entirely too nice for everyday wear around my casual house, but the price is so good I will wear them anyway! The current price is $37.99 and I think it is very reasonable for these very well-made pjs. The seams are evenly sewn and neatly finished. I am so happy to have found these beautiful, soft and comfy pjs. I do wish they were offered in petite, regular and tall sizes, though.
