Review on 🖥️ Cougar Panzer EVO RGB Black Full Tower Gaming Case with Remote Control and RGB LED Lighting by Jerome Pritchard

(different from other components) Assembling the GPUSSD Cable RoutingInstalling/Removing the Glass This is the third case , in which I have placed most of the same components. I have to say that there were very few build issues in this case. The most important was the GPU mount (EVGA GTX1080Ti Black Edition). On my motherboard (Gigabyte X470 Aorus Gaming 7 WiFi) there is almost no space between the back of the case and the GPU assembly. So getting in and out was a bit difficult. I also have a fairly large PSU (EVGA Supernova G2 850W) and this made routing the front SSD cable a bit difficult. This case offers plenty of room to work compared to some other cases I've had (in fact you still have them all). Now let's move on to tempered glass panels. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE. If you buy this case, be SUPER careful when removing and installing glass panels. They are mounted slightly differently than most cases. As you can see in one of the photos above, one of my panels is broken! I thought the panel was securely fastened in the two rails at the bottom of the case (you must insert the panels at a 45 degree angle to install the panels). I suspect the back of the panel was not in the rail. In short, it crashed and my heart sank. I had a case a little over 24 hours. A++ support for Cougar support. I emailed them explaining what happened, along with the photos. They responded fairly quickly, requesting normal information from me. A copy of the invoice and they sent me an RMA form (PDF) to fill out. I replied with information, and a little time passed. maybe a few business days. I called the number on the RMA form and spoke to the lady who was very nice and helpful. She told me they were working on finding a replacement for me. A few more business days went by and I was told they would send a replacement. Although I didn't immediately get a delivery date and tracking, when I inquired, customer service responded and provided shipping information. The replacement arrived today. and I am very happy with everything. Case, Support and Performance. This case is designed for airflow. what was my main reason for buying it. FYI, this isn't the first time I've dealt with Cougar support. it was some years ago. but they still seem to be top notch and i love to make my customers happy. Kudos Cougar!
