Broken according to instructions

I am a professional diesel mechanic working on semi trailers and dump trucks. I was working on an international 9400i that required spiders first and last to use this tool. The first 2 connections worked fine, but on the 3rd they dropped. The ends of the cup are half torn and stretched. If they give a guarantee, hopefully the next one will do more than half the job.
