So I received this item on Friday evening 08/24/2018. I went rafting on Saturday 08/25/2018. I put my phone and car key in it and they got wet because some water got in. At some point my cell phone cannot read the SIM card. So I took out the SIM card and found it was wet. I cleaned and installed it. The phone works now but I'm not worried about internal corrosion. The same goes for my car keys. I took it apart and put it under a fan all night. Now it works. And I am writing this comment after returning this product on Sunday 08/26/2018. It may seem to some that I did not use this product correctly, I want to say that this is not high-tech. It's hard to screw up and I'm a graduate student. I am simply writing this comment as a warning to people who will buy this product: be careful before trusting it.
