Cute and Shiny Handlebars and Accessories

I have a new Honda Civic and almost gave up buying it. Most of the reviews I read just talked about how difficult it was to fit the handlebars. I found it just as tough as any other steering wheel cover! You just have to stretch it to fit. Once I put it on (ten minutes or less) it looks perfect in my car.
