Review on PtMS by Knate Scarpelli

I like how it can be used with other transportation services to get people where they need to go safely. We have been able to cut down time for our passengers to ride in transit by using ptms instead of waiting at bus stops while others come out of their homes or offices to pick them up. It also helps keep us from having issues with riders being late. The only thing we dislike about this program is some features are not available when you first signup which requires more training to use effectively. Make sure your staff has sufficient knowledge in regards to the benefits of this service before signing up! This program allows me to schedule rides for my clients who rely heavily upon public transportation to help decrease wait times and increase safety.
