it says water doesn't spray from any angle. This isn't the first time we've used it - the second time! It doesn't matter what kind of water we used. Perhaps this was the first time we had to use bottled water, although they say tap water will do. . . I would have returned but circumstances prevented us from doing it at home. So the company contacted me and sent me a new vaporizer and I've used it twice and it's still working. This time I just poured in spring water instead of tap water. The company still says it will work with regular tap water, but... . . Anyway, the rep who emailed me said it sounded like part of - I forgot that: temperature sensor? - was defect. I'm still not sure what I think of the steamship because now I don't think it will work when I really need it, but the company's customer support is really great, so I'm changing my star rating; and it actually worked the second time around - until now.
