Review on Ekdesk Case Manager by Daniel Paige

I like how simple this software is to use with all available features that are needed for my business. The support team at eKDesk has been very helpful in answering any questions or concerns we may have had when using their product. Not much dislike about anything but maybe some minor formatting could be done better (maybe not even an issue). We love having everything together within one program as opposed to multiple programs. Our clients can easily access our case management system from anywhere online through mobile devices which helps us manage cases more efficiently than before!
