Simple yet powerful Incident Management platform

The ability to organize cases by incident, which I believe is what allows you to drill down on specific incidents and follow up without being overwhelmed. Sometimes, it's difficult to find specific information in the database that pertains to a client. There are multiple databases for different clients, so it can be time consuming to search through them all to determine what case management information one may need or want. Easy implementation, user friendly and easy functionality

I like how simple this software is to use with all available features that are needed for my business. The support team at eKDesk has been very helpful in answering any questions or concerns we may have had when using their product. Not much dislike about anything but maybe some minor formatting could be done better (maybe not even an issue). We love having everything together within one program as opposed to multiple programs. Ekdesk case manager is a great app for organizing employee cases. It is very useful to categorize them by type (such as safety, performance, training) and create workflows to ensure timely resolution. It provides a great way to organize all those emails from HR and other internal sources. It also has a simple workflow builder so you can customize the process of handling each case.
