I bought a smaller regular blue. I have been receiving Guasha therapy for over a year. It's almost the only thing that relieves pain from stress/tension in the shoulders and neck. I bought it at a time when I couldn't find anyone who could help me with Gua Sha. while it works fine. I have used it many times. While it doesn't break my knots that cause most of my pain, it does help with other stiff muscles from working out and the like. What I don't like is how it looks with the t-shirt crumpled up when I'm wearing it and trying to do my back. I bought a smaller one and it seems to fit for the back and other body parts.
