Great Ride! Quickly! Calm! Just plug in and get started! Incredibly noticeable difference in performance compared to the original Dell stock drive. I have over a few hundred thousand personal files on my computer - in addition to Windows, installed software and installation backups. I have over 150GB of MP3s, pictures, etc. One thing I really want to avoid is losing my hard drive. I researched and found it to be the best on the market when I bought it. I was so glad I bought another one, then another. With a few exceptions, I find that Revain has the best prices for it. With two drives, I have a backup strategy using Acronis True Image Home 2009 and Microsoft SyncToy 2.1 where I regularly clone one 1TB WD drive to another. Then I sync them with SyncToy. Time and effort are negligible. They are easy to plan. Cloning only takes about 45 minutes, if that. I like it better than the RAID setup. Configuration is easier and recovering from a failure is easier - just swap out the SATA cable. Additionally, RAID in no way prevents viruses, spyware, or malware from spreading across multiple drives. He duplicates everything! These discs were a good choice! UPDATE: So far I've bought and installed seven of these for myself and others: 5 of 1TB, 1750GB and 1640GB. Also, I bought two drives from other vendors thinking I was getting a deal. They arrived DOA. I personally think that Revain's packaging and shipping makes all the difference. They have always been well packaged and protected.
