NOT SUITABLE FOR OG 3DS - ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2DS AND 3DS LL
I bought this for my 2DS and the OG 3DS I have. It fits great on the 2DS and the grips don't fall out. The 2DS and 3DS use different sized grips, so they're totally unsuitable for both. The handle protrudes about an inch beyond the 3DS. It also fits the 3DS LL released in 2012. It's not the same, but it fits and works great.
