Review on Fiskars Titanium Replacement Blade 28Mm Straight by Shantel Griffin

Unfortunately I was disappointed the first time. The first set of blades I received were very dull and struggled to cut off a piece of plain old printer paper. It took eight tries before the paper cut through completely. The original blade that came with my paper cutter was even stronger than this one and it wasn't even advertised as "Titanium". I was very disappointed with these blades and had to exchange them for a better one. When the second set arrived they were fine. Sometimes the paper is difficult to cut, but it wasn't as bad as the first set.
