I like that it's easy to use, there are many options for creatives available in our account manager, they have great customer service team, and we can test campaigns before going live as well. The fact that sometimes you need to spend more money than expected if your budget isn't enough for what you want to do. You also cannot create custom creative templates or edit existing ones. We're solving two problems - firstly, being able to reach people who don't even know about us yet but would be interested because of their current interests (e.g., fashion) by creating content around them and not just having ads appear when someone searches for something related to our business. Secondly, we've solved the problem of targeting customers within certain segments through data-driven marketing.
