Damaged The chair is very comfortable. I use it to do my homework and play video games very often. I play every time I'm done with work and on weekends, from 2 hours to 10+ hours on weekends. It's easy to sit on and doesn't feel sore from long sitting sessions. I left a review after using it for a while and I was contacted by customer service to help with any issues with my chair. I got a new chair and everything I complained about was resolved. I'm glad there actually is a company that cares about their customers and doesn't just let them complain and doesn't care.
