Being a petite woman with average-sized hands, I found it difficult to choose between the small and medium exercise eggs. I finally chose the small eggs and they work well, although the mediums would probably fit a little better and I may buy that set, as well. The price is reasonable enough.As the description states, each egg has a different resistance level so you can choose which one best fits your purpose and/or hand strength. They feel comfortable and, because of the slightly rubbery texture, provide a grippy feel in your hand that makes it more ergonomic to use: because there is no fear you’ll drop the egg, your hand won’t tense up.The colors are bright and fun, and these are easy to clean - just rinse in water or, if needed, use a little dish soap.Previously I bought a single exercise egg from a different vendor. No complaints - it is exactly as the vendor described, but it just didn’t work for me because it’s much larger, denser, and more difficult for me to use. The Friendly Swede eggs are much more useful to me and are less expensive, as well.My goal is to strengthen my grip so as to more easily play guitar (especially barre chords!), and I am optimistic that these exercise eggs will indeed assist me in that effort. I’m very pleased with the product and, having bought other items previously from this seller, I highly recommend The Friendly Swede!
