I bought those to install pointing down. I am a hobby machinist, and I am quite handy with projects of all sizes. Found out that it is almost impossible to snap the diffuser onto the aluminum channel. Finally had to dismount all the system, install close the difusers using pliers, which caused dents in both the channels and the difusers, and scramble the assembly up. Even with the pliers, closing was truly hard. Then, since you cannot install screws when the covers are closed i had to use the clips to mount which looks pretty lousy. Sliding does not work even with lube.The dimensioning of the channel and the cover must be changed to make this product usable.
