Do not buy! Literally caught fire while being installed
I was happy with this for about 5 minutes, I had disassembled my dash and had plugged in the main power supply from my Jeep, and powered on the unit. I was listening to the radio just fine while routing a new cable for my new backup camera and I smelled smoke and saw it pouring out of the back of the monitor. It wasn’t a short, wires were all fine and was literally plug and play. Clearly there was a major issue with the screen/unit internally. Do not buy this, you will regret it.
- The unit is easy to install, making it an ideal choice for those who enjoy DIY projects or want to save money on professional installation fees.
- The stereo might not fit with aftermarket parts or customizations
