There is a great video on You Tube so the installation went smoothly but we couldn't connect the antenna to the TV. I thought I would have to send it back. My husband just didn't give up. In short, check if the TV may be too old. The 2004 TV didn't work. The 2009 TV worked. Before using a splitter, make sure you have a signal and it's working. Make sure you select Air or Antenna before autoscan. I know it's elementary, but I don't go into the menu very often, so I'll have to learn a little if needed. We receive about 30 channels, although some of them are repeated. This Roku plus will replace the cable for us. We had some issues, but we can't say it's the company's fault. We just had to keep experimenting. When we got stuck, we read a review that gave us information about the splitter.
