Very good and helpful service provider

The best part about namesheild was that they were very responsive to my requests for changes, which made it easy as well! They have been great at keeping me up-to date with everything in regards to their services so I know exactly what's going one when something goes wrong or requires attention from them (which has happened only once).

Great customer support team too - quick response time without being overbearing like some of these other providers out there who want you just buy your product rather than actually helping people solve problems related to this platform/service. Nothing really bad but sometimes we receive email notifications saying "this site may be hacked" even though nothing seems off. We are solving an issue where our clients' domains go offline due to expired WHOIS records; however, since most registrars don't offer any automated way to update those record entries if someone else owns said information now.

  • Even tho all staff members seem more experienced then average..I am always amazed how much patience everyone shows while listening through issues described by customers regarding domain management matters including various types associated DNS hosting technical
