Review on HROnboard by Ken Coste

The ability to easily access all of your employees, their performance reviews along with being able add notes or comments about them makes it easy for me when I have questions regarding one particular person's background! Not much - just make sure you are comfortable using this type system as they can be difficult at first if not used often enough in order get use too!! Sometimes my coworkers will say "how do we know what he did" since its hard sometimes figuring out his previous jobs from within our current organization but other than those few hiccups everything has been great so far!
