I like how it's simple to use, yet has all the functionality you need. The ability to easily access all of your employees, their performance reviews along with being able add notes or comments about them makes it easy for me when I have questions regarding one particular person's background! I like the ability to upload my resume and have it easily searchable for future use. It also has an easy way to track all of your open positions so you know what to do next. There are some things that could be improved, such as the navigation bar being slightly off center. Also, sometimes when you log in there will be a slight delay before the page loads.
