For reference, I am 5'5" and 265 lbs with a very large chest and big tummy. I typically wear a 2x in tops/dresses in other brands. I ordered a size 22 in this top. If anything, it might be a size too big! It's very roomy without being shapeless, and that's what I was looking for! I am very, very happy with it! It's loose enough that it hides my belly, and is long enough that it covers the bum. I love that it has pockets, too! I already went ahead and bought a couple more in different colors!
