Where to start? I can't find anything I like about it! 1. The machine itself: The screen is so dark I almost had to hold it to my face to even see it! The "Cut" button gets stuck when you press it and it's a very crappy cut as you literally have to pull on the ribbon to get it out after cutting. Printing: The letters did not have a uniform shade of black. As you can see from the pictures it is very uneven and some of the letters are barely visible! It only prints one line. It also prints close to the bottom of the ribbon (which seems like a waste of ribbon). The larger the font you use, the lighter and more uneven the letters will be. In addition, letters are cut off when printing large formats. The band itself is crap. It is very difficult to separate the backing from the tape even if you have fingernails. When you peel off the tape, the corners are dirty and it looks terrible when you stick it on anything. It also leaves a thin backing layer on the piece of tape that looks awful (see photos). All in all I'm very disappointed considering I spent almost $30 on it. Save yourself the hassle and get a higher quality labeling machine.
