Came in nice packaging. It already had casters installed which was a relief. These things are difficult for me to install. All you have to do is unpack the seat post and install it into the base. It's presentable enough, if not very pretty, but tucked out of place under a dressing table. It rolls smoothly and the seat is comfortable but firm enough that I don't feel unsafe on it. I like it and think it's good value for money.
