Review on Giro Scamp MIPS: The Ultimate Safety Gear for Youth Recreational Cycling by Kaushik Sokolowski

We have used this Giro Mips Scamp helmet before, the dimensions are incorrect for this helmet 'year'. The website says the Giro Samp XS is 47cm to 51cm, while the helmet we received says the XS is 45cm to 49cm. Just check what year you are buying this "land of flowers” "2020. Otherwise light weight and appears to be the right size for a 4.5 year old. We also tried the Little Nutty, but the right girth helmet was too big and bulky to use and couldn't be tightened so it wouldn't slip without catching a lot of hair. I have twin girls with thick hair. I don't know how other little kids wear Little Nutty just because the hair just catches in the tensioner. We may have had a faulty year/model but we bought 2 identical helmets and both had problems. The rest of the quality seemed. We reordered the Giro Mips Scamp in size S for 4.5 year olds with a head circumference of 50 cm.
