Excellent Passive Isolation Pad
I didn't buy this because I believe in EMI but because I wanted a laptop passive pad that was just a piece of metal wrapped in plastic and did the job well. This allows me to use my 17 inch gaming laptop on my lap without burning my legs and I can put it on the couch without soft pillows blocking all the vents and other things. Not too heavy or clogged with dust like all cooling pads with built-in fans. The pad edges might be a bit sharper than I'd like, but other than that it's great and seems to get the job done.
