Review on Norpro Mini Steak Thermometers Set by Heather Laudun
Just what I wanted
When I'm grilling a steak, I want to make sure the steaks don't overcook. These thermometers are perfect for that. You just stick it in the center before throwing the meat on the grill and pull the meat straight out when you're near where you want the needle to be due to the heat intertia. The price is pretty reasonable considering how easy it is to lose them.
