I am a big fan of Festool. Well I have to say that I really like the Festool products that I currently own. I've had some "green" tools that, well, suck. The chainsaw is one of my favorites. Yes, it lacks a bit of power when cutting bevels, but I rarely use it for such cuts. One thing that I don't think Festool can handle is blade making. I've had a couple of Kapex saws and the blades that come with them are pretty sad. The fact that they offer a $1400 60 tooth miter saw blade is just ridiculous. Do you really think anyone uses this saw for anything other than finishing? Of course it has a negative catch, but still. Let's return to the Blade of Oshlun. Cuts great. Ultra clean cross cuts and very fast 3/4 layer cuts. I can only recommend this knife and will buy another one. I bought the 80T for my Kapex and it's a great blade too.
