Corsair support is non-standard

Q&A received a response from Corsair that the RAM works with my motherboard (ASUS ROG Strix x570-e Gaming). I started having problems when trying to "overclock" the declared frequency of 3200MHz. I contacted Corsair support and they said the RAM is not guaranteed to work with my motherboard. Now Revain's return period has expired and I haven't heard any responses from Corsair. Not working properly with RAM.
