It's easy to use for both investigators or support staff of any level in an organization. The search function works well with multiple terms being searched at once as opposed to having to sift through each individual file individually. I don't really have anything that I dislike about this software but there are some minor things such as not having access to certain tabs within files (like attachments) when using mobile devices/apps like iOS or Android. If you need something simple and quick that can be used across all divisions then KASWARE fits your needs perfectly! You will find yourself saving time because it allows us to quickly pull up information from anywhere without needing physical copies of documents stored elsewhere. We also save money since we do not pay per document anymore which was our biggest problem before implementing this product. Also helps keep track of who has looked into what cases.
