The product was sent as described. The product looked like factory. It was very interesting to install. is missing so I am assuming this product has been returned and sent back. I'm trying to exchange a Wii and I'm hoping to receive the product with no broken parts. There was also a small issue with installing lightbulbs in the mounting holes. Insert them, being careful not to break the bulb when trying to reinsert it. I wanted to transfer the original parts to new ones, but they were different. could be a great product if more attention was paid to the lamp mounting parts, clips and clamps. attached to the grilling surface.
