Possible filter defect once
I have already used the filter 3 times. Once there was a problem removing the filter from the car where the threaded part got stuck on the car. I thought I was in big trouble but I was able to screw the filter back onto the threads and re-tighten the filter. When I uninstalled it a second time, it came out as expected. I only hand tighten the filter so don't think I overtightened it. Suppose a filter was slightly defective. I will continue to order this filter as I believe it was probably a one time thing.
