First off the description of the cover says it fits a variety of Devilles from the 60's to the 77's. This is not entirely correct. For example, it won't fit in a 74-76 Deville sedan since the car is 19.5 feet long and the cover will barely fit through a 76 El Dorado, which is about a foot shorter. So note that the cover is designed to fit vehicles up to 18.5ft in length. Also, the cover is made of a strange material. I like it mostly. But it's almost like a thick tarp. While it will likely be very durable and certainly won't let water through, my only concern is how breathable it is. I would suggest taking it off after the ground around is dry from the rain as I can easily imagine moisture getting under it as the pavement around the car dries up and gets under the pavement. So I plan for myself to just take it out of the car after the rain to air it out and prevent moisture from getting under the cover. I just don't understand how this material can be considered "breathable".
