Review on Kaytee First Home Habitat 12 Inch by Jill Smith

So I waited a while to give my review because I wanted to test this cage first. Now I don't have rats, I have ferrets, and I bought this cage for our upcoming move, the road will take 1.5 days, and their cage doesn't fit in the car. Firstly this cage is actually a good size and I love how it has a top level. I put my ferrets in there for 2 days to see if they could escape there or chew (the white one doesn't chew and the other a little). They seem very happy in their cage and I haven't noticed a single tooth yet. marks or imperfections. Now I gave this cage 4 stars because this house is supposed to be a home for rats but in my opinion I can see a rat gnaw through in 2 seconds. Well I think this would be ideal for a hamster or any small animal that isn't a big chewer.
