Love the dress: my feedback
Bought this dress as a Halloween dress to be a cute witch. It is comfortable and fits well. I purchased an extra black petticoat to fill the skirt out and some vintage style shoes. I will be buying a cloak or jacket for next year due to the short sleeves.
