This is the best back brace I have ever used. I have two others that were provided by previous employers. but they weren't nearly as good as this belt. The construction of this belt is much more durable. The shoulder straps are wider and thicker than most other harnesses. The belt is very comfortable yet very stiff and provides lower back support. The shoulder straps are very easy to adjust and the support can be adjusted by pulling or loosening the outer side support straps around the waist. There are also rubber grips on the back/inside of the belt to keep it in place more securely. This is a high quality belt made of high quality materials.
